An efficiency cottage is generally one very large room with a private bath which accommodates all of your vacation needs. At the Tern Inn, we now have just one efficiency unit. Cottages are not heated, and are rented from May to October only.  In season: 7 nights only.

In Season 2012: 6/16 to 9/10 $1050 per week, double occupancy  7 nights
Maximum # of guests, 3 $15 extra per person,nightly. Rate does not include linens.
Off Season 2012: $750 per week, $165 per night         3 night minimum              

CHECK IN: 3:00 PM
CHECK OUT: 10:00 AM

DEPOSIT: 50% required to book cottage

CANCELLATION: In Season, $100 fee on all cancelled reservations. Less than 14 day cancellation, the balance is refunded only if we can resell the entire reservation.

The Duplex is all brand new inside.  Still 2 great cottages, but now completely separated.  Each side has a private front door, and a soundproof firewall separates the units for privacy.  There is still a connecting door should you choose to share this unit with family.

Duplex Tern A:  2 Bedrooms, full bath with tub/shower, great kitchen/living space, color flatscreen TV, AC   
In Season 2012: 6/16 to 9/10  $1200  per week for up to 4 guests.
Off Season 2012:  $800 per week, $199 per night

Duplex Tern B:  1 bedroom with queen pullout in living area, full bath with tub/shower, flatscreen color TV, AC, great kitchen/living space.
In Season 2012: 6/16 to 9/10: $1100 per week
Off Season 2012: $750 per week, $185 per night.
 
Deposit: 50% required to book cottages
 
Cancellation: In Season, $100 fee on any cancellation after deposit is paid.  Less than 14 day notice, balance of deposit will be refunded only if we can resell the entire reservation.
