An efficiency cottage is generally one very large room with a private bath which accommodates all of your vacation needs. At the Tern Inn, we have 3 great efficiencies available. Cottages are not heated, and are rented from May to October only.  In season: 7 nights only.

THE HONEYMOON
* Newly redecorated, cozy cottage
* Brand new tiled bath with tub/shower combo

* Bright, sunny with vaulted ceilings, ceiling fan

In Season 2010: 6/12 to 9/18 $995 per week, double occupancy  7 nights
Maximum # of guests, 3 $50 extra per person Rate does not include linens.
Off Season 2010: $650 per week, $165 per night         3 night minimum

CHECK OUT: 10:00 AM

DEPOSIT: 50% required to book cottage

CANCELLATION: In Season, $100 fee on all cancelled reservations. Less than 14 day cancellation, the balance is refunded only if we can resell the entire reservation.

 THE DUPLEX

 TERN A        and      TERN B
* Two identical efficiencies, joined with a connecting front door.
* Rent just one very private side, or rent both sides for a large family
* Each side: single large room with:
Fully equipped kitchen area
Table and chairs for 4, sofa
2 double beds
Color cable TV
New Full bath w/shower
Electric fireplace in stone setting
Air conditioning
 

In Season 2010: 6/12 to 9/18  $900 per week
RENT BOTH SIDES FOR A SINGLE FAMILY AT A REDUCED RATE.  7 nights in season
Off Season 2010: $650 per week, $175 per night    3 night minimum
CHECK IN: 3:00 PM
CHECK OUT: 10:00 AM
