An efficiency cottage is generally one very large room with a private bath which accommodates all of your vacation needs. At the Tern Inn, we have 3 great efficiencies available for your visit. Cottages are not heated, and are rented from May to October only.

Maximum # of guests, 4 $50 extra per person Rate does not include linens.
Off Season 2008: $650 per week, $165 per night         3 night minimum

DEPOSIT: 50% required to book cottage

CANCELLATION: In Season, $100 fee on all cancelled reservations. Less than 14 day cancellation, the balance is refunded only if we can resell the entire reservation.
