At the TERN INN, we have 2 ONE BEDROOM cottages available.
Cottages are not heated, and are rented from May to October only.

In Season 2009: 6/13 to 9/12    $995 per week, double occupancy. Maximum # of guests, 4.   Cannot accommodate more than 4 guests.                                                  
$50 extra per person, per week. Rate does not include linen service.
Off Season 2009: $700 per week, $185 per day, 3 night minimum.

CHECK IN: 3:00PM
CHECK OUT: 10:00 AM the following Saturday.
IN SEASON: Weekly rental only

DEPOSIT: 50% to book the cottage, balance on arrival.

 CANCELLATION: $100 on all cancelled cottage reservations. If cancellation is  within 14 days of your visit, deposit is refunded only if we are able to resell the entire reservation.
