Deposit: 50% required. Cancellation: In Season, $100 fee on any cancellation after deposit is paid. Less than 14 day notice, balance of deposit will be refunded only if we can re-book the entire reservation

Daily housekeeping available for additional fee. Cranberry can be booked with Bayberry to form a 3 bedroom, 2 bath Cottage for $2500
